I began my career in sales working for a Fortune 500 company. After six years had gone by, I realized I wanted to leverage my skills to help people. I left the company and shifted into financial services and accepted a position at MetLife. It was at MetLife where I became a student of the industry. Initially I focused on insurance products, but it was in 1995 I realized that I wanted to become a holistic financial advisor and I subsequently obtained my FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Since then, I have spent the majority of my career working in banks and credit unions. I was drawn to the community feel and strong member relationship that SDCCU offered and I found my permanent home with SDCCU Investment Services in 2012.
Originally from the Los Angeles area, I love sports and can often be found cheering on the Dodgers or the USC Trojans. I have resided in the Temecula/Murrieta area since 2002 and enjoy the outdoors and exploring the local trails on my electric bike. Most importantly, I am proud of my three talented daughters, all of whom have finished college and are now helping people in their own way by pursuing careers in education, nursing and sales respectively.
I am down to earth, straightforward and have a passion for helping people. Many people feel overwhelmed and intimidated with their finances.
