Math was always my best subject so naturally I thought that I would become an engineer. While in college (as an engineering major), I took a finance class on a whim and fell in love with the subject. I switched my major to finance, and ultimately began my journey to becoming a financial advisor. After graduating from college, I accepted a position as a financial advisor with TD Waterhouse and moved to San Diego. After my time at TD, I worked for several different firms. I grew tired of the Wall Street feel and was looking for something that felt more like a community. In 2012, I found the perfect fit with SDCCU Investment Services which has been my home ever since.
I’m a dog dad. My Vizsla and I go walking, hiking or camping whenever we get the chance. I grew up playing soccer, basketball and baseball. I still play soccer. I am a fan of the Padres, SDSU basketball, Seattle Sounders (soccer) and I’m a San Diego Loyal (soccer) season ticketholder. I love all types of music and enjoy going to the occasional concert or musical.
I listen and get to know you. Investing and financial planning can, at times, be overwhelming and intimidating. I am able to break down the complex and put it into terms my clients can understand. My investment philosophy is to ask, listen and then provide advice customized to your needs.
